Those plates are made with precious pigments and metals, treat them with care!
No microwaves and we do not recommand the regular use of washing-machine.

We really hope our products will give you satisfactions, but don't worry, you can send it back to us in a protected box made from fragile items.
You have 30 days to send it back to us. As soon as we receive the package (with all the items in one piece!) we will proceed to the refund.
Of course, all the special orders and the personnalised items cannot be refund.
